Prisma Properties is growing – we’re looking for a talented Investment Professional to join our Transaction team! 

At Prisma, we’re on an exciting growth journey to become the Nordics’ leading developer and owner of discount retail. We are seeking an Investment Professional who’s ready to make an impact.

What We’re Looking For:

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in developing investment cases, managing deal execution, and delivering strategic recommendations to management. We’re looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in transactions and business development, and a passion for real estate and value creation. Proficiency in any Nordic language, particularly Danish, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support investment analysis.
• Manage all aspects of deal execution, collaborating with internal teams and external consultants (legal, technical, tax, and financial).
• Prepare robust investment recommendations
