While the role is based in Sweden, you will also work on projects in Denmark and Norway.<\/p>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n- Conduct property inspections and fault analysis of the supervisory control system (Webport).<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements<\/strong> and take responsibility for related work.<\/li>\n
- Participate in final inspections<\/strong> and provide technical coordination<\/strong> in construction projects.<\/li>\n
- Support contractors with technical expertise<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Demonstrate basic energy knowledge<\/strong> and an understanding of how different systems interact<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Assist in technical property assessments<\/strong> and due diligence (DD) processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Have a basic understanding of Swedish building regulations<\/strong>, the Planning and Building Act<\/strong>, and indoor climate, energy efficiency, and technical system requirements<\/strong> set by authorities.<\/li>\n
- Manage procurement processes<\/strong> and contract negotiations<\/strong> with contractors, ensuring quality and delivery follow-up.<\/li>\n
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants<\/strong> through regular communication.<\/li>\n
- Collaborate with various departments within Prisma<\/strong> to ensure efficient operations and property development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The role involves frequent travel<\/strong> as we prioritize close management of our properties and strong relationships<\/strong> with our tenants.<\/p>\nYour Profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n- Solid experience in the real estate sector<\/strong>, preferably in retail properties<\/strong>. Experience in maintenance projects<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance<\/strong> and experience in overseeing inspections and audits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Excellent social skills<\/strong> and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
- Experience in energy efficiency projects<\/strong> is an advantage.<\/li>\n
- Proficiency in Excel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
