The proceeds from green bond issuances will be used to finance properties and real estate projects that meet the criteria defined in the Green Bond Framework. This primarily involves green and energy-efficient properties, as well as investments in energy efficiency measures and renewable energy. The framework is an integral part of the company\u2019s financial sustainability strategy and creates the conditions to develop the property portfolio in line with ambitious environmental standards.<\/p>\n<p>Prisma\u2019s framework is based on international guidelines from the ICMA Green Bond Principles (2025), the EU Taxonomy, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). The framework has received a Second Party Opinion from Moody\u2019s and has been reviewed by Swedbank in its role as sustainability coordinator.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 fusion-flex-container has-pattern-background has-mask-background nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\"
