Prisma Properties AB is a Swedish public company seated in Stockholm. The company’s corporate governance is based on Swedish law, as well as regulations and recommendations provided by relevant self-regulatory bodies such as the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (“the Code”). In Prisma Properties, authority, management and control are distributed between the shareholders, the board of directors, the CEO and the executive management, in accordance with current legislation, regulations and instructions.
