Prisma Properties’ board consists of six members, three women and three men. The board operates according to an established work order with instructions on division of labor between the board and CEO. An audit committee has been established within the board of directors, comprising of Anna-Greta Sjöberg (chairman), Caroline Tivéus, and Jacob Annehed. The board of directors has also established a separate remuneration committee, comprising of Jacob Annehed (chairman), Simon de Château, and Pontus Enquist.
Simon de Château (1970)
Chairman of the Board since 2022.
