Our properties are strategically located in high-traffic areas with strong customer flow and excellent accessibility. We grow in close collaboration with our tenants, working together to identify new store locations that align with their strategic expansion plans. In connection to our properties, we provide EV charging stations, contributing to the expansion of the Nordic charging infrastructure.
Prisma Properties is a leading owner and developer of modern retail properties for groceries, discount stores, and the QSR sectors (quick service restaurants). We operate in the Nordics primarily in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, with the goal of growing further throughout the Nordic region. Our properties mainly consists of newly developed properties with long-term leases.


Prisma Properties’ shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap under the ticker code PRISMA. The real estate investment company Alma Property Partners is principal owner. Our head office is located in Stockholm.
History
Our journey began in 2016, when the real estate investment firm Alma Property Partners started developing its property portfolio. Several members of Prisma’s current leadership team were part of this journey from the start and continue to drive the company forward today. Prisma Properties was officially founded in 2022, when properties owned by Alma Property Partners’ funds, Alma I and II, were merged. In 2024, we took the next major step on our journey by listing Prisma on Nasdaq Stockholm’s Mid Cap. As a listed company, we have even greater opportunities to develop long-term real estate projects and provide more people with access to affordable retail. This is just the beginning!


Prisma’s Tenants
Among Prisma’s tenants are leading brands in groceries and daily goods, discount retail, and quick-service restaurants (QSR). Groceries and daily goods account for the largest share of Prisma’s rental value, with major tenants including Tokmanni, which owns Dollarstore among others, and Axfood, which owns Willys among others. The discount category accounts for the second-largest share of Prisma’s rental value, with tenants such as Jysk, Rusta, and ÖoB. Examples of tenants in the QSR category include McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, and ChopChop.
