We have demonstrated our ability to successfully execute property development projects, and one of our key strengths is the long-term stable cash flow in property management.

Prisma Properties is a leading developer and owner of properties within the discount retail, grocery, and fast-food sectors. We operate in the Nordics and have a property portfolio valued at approximately six billion SEK, which mainly consists of newly developed properties with long-term leases.

Prisma Properties is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm with the real estate investment company Alma Property Partners as principal owner. Alma aims to be the leading property fund manager in the Nordics and a preferred partner for investors seeking exposure to the Nordic real estate market.

History

Our journey began in 2016 when Alma Property Partners started focusing on developing its portfolio. Several of those who formed our management team back then are still with us and continue to drive the company forward. Prisma Properties was formally established in 2022 when properties owned by Alma Property Partners’ funds Alma I and II were merged. This marked the real beginning of our entrepreneurial company with an experienced management team.

Prisma always sees opportunities and openings through development and new projects – we are on a growth journey that has just begun.

Prisma’s Tenants

Prisma Properties’ tenants are among the leading players in our three categories: discount retail, grocery, and fast food. Discount stores account for the largest share, 57 percent, of our lettable area, with major tenants being Dollarstore, Jysk, and Rusta. Grocery stores account for 20 percent, with tenants such as Willys and Lidl. Fast food makes up 23 percent, with tenants like McDonald’s, KFC, and ChopChop.
