The following document contains guidelines for remuneration to senior executives adopted by the Annual General Meeting in 2024.
Long-term incentive programme – LTIP 2024/2027
On 12 June 2024, an extraordinary general meeting of the company resolved to issue warrants of series 2024/2027 to the company’s chief executive officer, the executive management and a maximum of eight other employees of Prisma Properties participating in the programme (the “Participants“).
The warrant programme is expected to comprise a maximum of 3,358,000 warrants, entailing that the increase in the company’s share capital upon full subscription and full exercise of the warrants will amount to approximately SEK 14,210,970446, calculated based on the number of shares and the share capital in the company after the offer and listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The maximum number of shares that may be subscribed for by the Participants correspond to, assuming full exercise of the warrants, approximately 2 per cent of the total number of shares in the company, following the offer and listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.
