Code of Conduct – Suppliers

Prisma Properties’ Code of Conduct for suppliers is based on our core values and sets out the principles that govern and regulate our relationships with suppliers throughout the entire supply chain. Through this Code of Conduct, we aim to ensure that the goods, services, and construction works we procure are produced with due respect for people and the environment.

Whistleblowing Policy

Prisma Properties strives to conduct its business with high integrity, transparency, and respect for applicable laws and internal guidelines. Our whistleblowing policy aims to clarify everyone’s responsibility to collectively raise awareness of issues and areas where Prisma, as an organisation, or its employees do not comply with applicable laws or act in accordance with relevant guidelines and policies. The system also serves as a reminder of the organisation’s responsibility to clearly communicate the rules that apply and what is expected of employees. Overall, the whistleblowing channel contributes to strengthening a culture in which concerns, should they arise, are raised, addressed, and discussed.
