On May 13, 2026, Prisma Properties AB issued senior unsecured green bonds with an initial amount of SEK 500 million under a framework totaling SEK 1,000 million, with ISIN SE0028778407. On November 19, 2025, Prisma Properties AB issued senior unsecured green bonds with an initial amount of SEK 500 million under a framework totaling SEK 750 million, with ISIN SE0025166176. The bonds carry a floating interest rate of 3-month STIBOR + 250 basis points and mature in May 2029. The full terms and conditions for the bonds are set out below.
On January 14, 2026, subsequent senior unsecured green bonds were issued in an amount of SEK 250 million under Prisma Properties’ framework of SEK 750 million with a price of 100.25 percent of the nominal amount, which equals a floating interest rate of 3m Stibor + 242 basis points. Following the issue of the Subsequent Green Bonds, Prisma Properties has in total issued SEK 750 million under the framework.
