Sell your property to Prisma – here’s how it works
Selling property or land to Prisma Properties should feel safe, straightforward, and transparent. Our clear process makes it easy to follow each step from start to finish.
1

Initial contact
During an initial, no-obligation meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to tell us about your property and your plans. At the same time, we explain what types of properties we are looking for and how we work.
You can find more information about the properties we acquire and our investment profile here.
2

Interest and general terms
If both parties see potential in proceeding, we move on to discuss the key terms: price expectations, timeline, and any specific requirements. We also want to learn about your experience with property or corporate transactions, allowing us to tailor our process to your background.
It typically takes us around two weeks to assess a potential deal and return to you with a proposal.
3

Review and preparations
We conduct a thorough yet efficient review of the property, focusing on legal documentation, land reports, and the technical condition of the property. If certain documents are missing, we carry out the necessary inspections without affecting the land. You will receive an information request list that we go through together. For larger transactions where the documentation is more extensive, we use a virtual data room. We will support you with the setup of a dataroom if necessary.
The review process usually takes two to four weeks, and in parallel we prepare the purchase agreement. Our advisors are matched to your profile to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
4

Agreement and completion
Once everything is completed, we sign the agreements. The transaction (closing) is then completed, and you receive payment according to the agreed terms.
