Board of Directors

Prisma Properties’ board consists of five members, three women and two men. The board operates according to an established work order with instructions on division of labor between the board and CEO. An audit committee has been established within the board of directors, comprising of Anna-Greta Sjöberg (chairman), Kristina Alvendal, and Jacob Annehed. The board of directors has not established a separate remuneration committee. Instead, the board of directors has resolved that the tasks incumbent on a remuneration committee shall be fulfilled by the board of directors in its entirety.

Simon de Château is the Chairman and Founder of Alma Property Partners AB and Chairman of Arcane Group AB. He serves as a Board Member for NCC AB, Atrium Ljungberg AB, and Akka Egendom AB.

Previously, Simon was a Partner and CEO at Sveafastigheter, a Partner and Head of Corporate Finance and Analysis at Leimdörfer, and a Board Member at Willhem AB (publ).

Kristina was the CEO of Airport City Stockholm and has experience as an establishment manager in the food industry.

Kristina is the Chairman of AB Salktennis and a Board Member of Danske Hypotek AB (publ), Intea Fastigheter AB (publ), Storsala AB (publ), Svefa AB, Svefa Holding AB, and Svefa Partners AB. She was previously a Board Member of AF Gruppen AS, Belatchew Arkitekter AB, Götenehus Group, and Arlandastad Holding AB.
