Technical Property Manager
Location: Central Helsingborg, Sweden

Prisma Properties is expanding, and we are now looking for a Technical Property Manager to join our great team in central Helsingborg. While the role is based in Sweden, you will also work on projects in Denmark and Norway.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and fault analysis of the supervisory control system (Webport).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and take responsibility for related work.
- Participate in final inspections and provide technical coordination in construction projects.
- Support contractors with technical expertise.
- Demonstrate basic energy knowledge and an understanding of how different systems interact.
- Assist in technical property assessments and due diligence (DD) processes.
- Have a basic understanding of Swedish building regulations, the Planning and Building Act, and indoor climate, energy efficiency, and technical system requirements set by authorities.
- Manage procurement processes and contract negotiations with contractors, ensuring quality and delivery follow-up.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants through regular communication.
- Collaborate with various departments within Prisma to ensure efficient operations and property development.
The role involves frequent travel as we prioritize close management of our properties and strong relationships with our tenants.
Your Profile
- Solid experience in the real estate sector, preferably in retail properties. Experience in maintenance projects is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and experience in overseeing inspections and audits.
- Excellent social skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in energy efficiency projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel.
